Pros

I loved working at this place, had to leave due to the federal funds cuts. The leadership is amazing and everyone was supportive in the office. The results of our work was very positive and clearly visible, with great testimonies from the communities, families and individuals who benefited from WR services. Keep doing the great work and positively impacting families and communities!

Cons

I believe this organization is doing what most organizations don’t do. They are on the top list.

Pros

Good PTO and co-workers (Non management)

Cons

Very toxic Austin Branch Manager takes a Laisse-Faire approach due to lacking leadership and people-skills. Says he has an open door policy to hear concerns and then gaslights those who share concerns with retaliation for being honest and caring to see the work environment be detoxified. The Employment Program Supervisor in for the Austin is a micromanager on steroids requiring everything to meet her approval and knit picking everything said, written, submitted with multiple projects dues simultaneously with unrealistic deadlines not tolerating any mistakes causing extreme bottlenecks in the process. Furthermore, she works 100% remotely from Colorado Springs, Colorado although the office for the team she "supervises" is in Austin, Texas.
