My experience was marred by a toxic work culture. The management often displayed favoritism, leading to a lack of trust and transparency. Communication was poor, with little feedback or support for employees. There was a consistent sense of anxiety, fueled by gossip and backbiting among colleagues. Stress levels were high, with unrealistic expectations and inadequate resources to meet them. While some coworkers were supportive, the overall atmosphere was discouraging, leading to high turnover and burnout. I would not recommend this workplace unless significant changes are made to address the underlying issues.
