Pros

One of the better companies I've worked at — and here's why. The Dutch work culture fosters directness and mutual respect. A flat hierarchy means everyone, including senior leadership, is approachable and easy to connect with. You're genuinely heard. Work-life balance is excellent — WFH 2–3 days a week is actively practiced, not just promised. You're trusted to deliver without micromanagement. Salaries are above market, making you feel valued financially as well as culturally. There are also meaningful opportunities to develop new skills and grow beyond your current role. The company's Great Place to Work and ISO 27001 certifications speak volumes about its commitment to people and information security. A healthy, growth-oriented workplace — highly recommended!

Cons

Nothing as of now to mention

Pros

The organization offers a good work-life balance and has a supportive management team. The Fun Squad regularly organizes engaging activities, games, and interactive sessions that promote employee engagement and team bonding. As a growing organization, management maintains open forums where employees can share their ideas, feedback, and concerns. Employee suggestions are valued, and the management takes proactive steps to implement practical improvements promptly.

Cons

As a growing organization, the company is continuously introducing new initiatives and improvements for its employees. The management is proactive in addressing concerns and implementing positive changes. At present, I do not see any significant areas of concern.
