10yI’m sorry to hear you feel like this. We take all feedback that we receive seriously, but I do believe that our staff generally don’t feel this way, as shown by our positive reviews both on Glassdoor and in response to our independently run staff surveys. Your point about ‘making cuts’ is categorically untrue – we invest heavily in our current employees and any new employees joining the business, both of which are integral to our rapid international growth. In light of your review. I would encourage you to talk confidentially to our HR team about your concerns as we may be able to alleviate them.
