Good communication among employees. Laid back and welcoming staff.

No management opportunity available within the Resort - You must either relocate or be transferred to another resort in order to obtain a management position.

Interactions with polite guests, coworkers within the same department are very close and friendly.

There was bad communication among co-workers, Managers would not always react to important situations until it became an extreme issue, significant lack of training, no room for upward mobility, pay wasn't competitive with local businesses, extremely rude and irate guests, staffing was kept to a bare minimum which put a lot of pressure on the front desk.
