Pros
Working at WorldView Solutions was a very positive experience for me. I left after 1.5 years but only because I moved from the area; otherwise I would have stayed forever! Management listens to the employees and tries to do right by them in terms of salary, 401k match, benefits in general and they constantly seek to listen to their employees and address any concerns. They have a cool loft type office, a gym, happy hours and lots of company outings. Being a team is a high priority. I had great, smart and competent coworkers, and I always felt supported and rewarded no matter what kinds of issues came up with the customer.
Cons
I find nothing to complain about with this company. Looking back, I wish I had been a little less siloed onto the one contract that I worked on, but that was my comfort zone and I take ownership for not trying to spread my wings a little more.
