- Flexibility on choosier where to work - Good work life balance - Direct management and team are very friendly and caring

- No career paths - Pay disparity in roles - No real chance for promotion or pay rise - Annual review is a joke. Could go above and beyond but be unable to score highly. Even if you did score top points, you're not rewarded and nobody cares. - Whole business has fingers in too many pies, and is unable to excel at one thing
