Pros

Friendly environment. Chance to make new friends and have fun while working

Cons

No fixed working hours or days. One must be ready 24/7 and 365 days i.e including dasain and tihar. Very poor management. No personal life, extreme low salary. No respect or appreciation of staff or their work.

Pros

Internet service is fast most of the times. You get what you paid for.

Cons

Customer Service sucks. They are rude and does not really know how to speak with customer. If you have any problem with worldlink. You have to call many times in there NCELL number which will cost you lot of money and time. They do not take consideration of the money that you recharge to call them and the time you spend.
