Pros
If you are a decent salesman and have no moral fiber whatsoever, you can make decent commission rates.
Cons
No mobility. Management track is a dead-end. Nobody makes more than 30k a year here. You are constantly being forced to sell 69 and 99 dollar activation fees that literally offer the customer nothing (these are "activations" that apply to insurance plans that are not part of the insurance, just raw profit). Corporate is a bunch of tone deaf hypocrites who think they can micromanage everyone into being successful. Absolutel exhausting environment, you cannot speak up against any initiatives and you will be constantly reminded of how expensive every stupid program they initiate is. Oh, and rampant sexism! A bunch of the managers in store and above them (DM etc) are blatant sexist jerks that womanize and harass.
