      Pros

      Pay reasonably well and offer "store dollars" when monthly goals are met. It's not a competitive work environment, which is really nice. They offer a wide variety of interesting and unique items.

      Cons

      I found staff to be fairly cliquey and not as welcoming as they appeared to be. There was definitely favoritism.

      Pros

      Independence to work and develop entrepreurial skills. You become businessman while being in service with Branch Budgeting and revenue generation.

      Cons

      Travelling on daily basis can make you sick which otherwise can be pleasurefull for some.

      Pros

      Huge Exposure, since the number of employees are kess, anyone can learn a lot.

      Cons

      Organisation is full of cons. Full relative based company with the inhouse auditors (relative of management) who are on audit for 365 days, basically their objective is to humiliate the employees.
