Very poor management team, bad work environment, low pay, no growth, no opportunity - Financial Accounting Worldsource Financial Management Employee Review

Very poor management team. I worked there for less than 6 months and was given very little training. You had to basically teach yourself everything. Poor accounting system, controller was very rude and micro manages you . Long hours, no recognition. Do your self a favour and say no to world-source financial or Guardian capital..same umbrella company
