Pros

Only one.. exposure to europe.. that too only in one way if you have guts to learn yourself as there ia no training and no one to help.

Cons

First of all no training is provided in Worldwide DMC, Apart from that they deduct 30% if your first salary as training fees, which they never refunded as within few months they make ur life as hell due to which you become eager to leave this baniya company. They dont know what company standards or employee rules are Their fundas in that are totally worst, if any employee law is there so every other person will do the case on them as their reasoning for them is totally out of the world. - Its just another baniya company started by few starters and formulating their rules. - Full and final will always be in parts that too in months time span - Please there are too many good companies, go figure out some other option, otherwise one day you will stand outside Worldwide DMC that too without salary, without job and plz dont be confident " This will not happen with you " Their old people politics is too strong that people like you will be there primary goal.

As the company is expanding rapidly, adding more training programs would help new joiners adapt faster With so many offices globally, more cross-office knowledge sharing sessions could make collaboration even stronger More investment in technology/automation tools would further simplify processes for teams and partners

I had the pleasure of working at Worldwide DMC as an Operations Supervisor, and it was an incredibly rewarding experience both professionally and personally. The company has a strong commitment to excellence in travel services, and it was inspiring to be part of a team that consistently went above and beyond for clients. One of the things I appreciated most was the collaborative work environment. Leadership is supportive, open to ideas, and truly values each team member’s contribution. I had the opportunity to manage complex itineraries, coordinate with teams across multiple countries , and work closely with both suppliers and Travel agents to ensure seamless travel experiences. I’m grateful for my time with the company.
