      Working directly with airplanes allows you to use interesting equipment in a fast-paced environment. Depending on the location and management, the schedule can be consistent and flexible.

      Upper management tends to be disrespectful at times. The scheduling of agents makes the operation very difficult, as they have erratic and long shifts, often with just barely enough employees to handle Upper management can be disrespectful at times.       Tammy Collor is respectful, calm always communicate with me she had that terminology to be the best general manager of all time. Plus Dee for WFs was great person with the personality of showing me training me, teaching me things with the great communication with the respectful knowledge, and craft that Tammy Collor, and Dee have that shows to me, but to other people is fantastic I would love for both of them Tammy Collor, and Dee get knowledge and raise and a bonus of what they do for us plus for the company
