Pros
Easy interview if you are looking for a job Comparable starting pay to other air service agencies and airlines
Cons
This is a third party agency that contracts the agent work out TO certain airlines, so whichever airline you are assigned to, you are working for the agency, not the actual carrier. So you don't get the health, dental, and travel that your assigned carrier's real employees get. Management constantly changing their mind: They choose a carrier (team) that they want you on, and send you to four day training. At the end I had to take a written test which I barely failed. First the WFS managers said it's not the end of the world, then next day the call and tell me that I have to be reassigned to another group (team/airline), then on the day I was supposed to start, they let me go! When I asked about the reassignment, they said they forgot that other team was already filled. Have to wait six months to get health and dental.
