      Chance to work all over the country and the world if that is what you are looking for. Managers get insurance right away.

      Cons

      You sometimes take the fall for others mistakes. As a manager you are on probation just like the hourly employees. You are unable to make hiring decisions, they have to be approved.

      Pros

      Tammy Collor is respectful, calm always communicate with me she had that terminology to be the best general manager of all time. Plus Dee for WFs was great person with the personality of showing me training me, teaching me things with the great communication with the respectful knowledge, and craft that Tammy Collor, and Dee have that shows to me, but to other people is fantastic I would love for both of them Tammy Collor, and Dee get knowledge and raise and a bonus of what they do for us plus for the company
