Pros

The pay is good, that's about it, but once you get your paystub and see how much uncle Sam is taking it's like is the job even worth it at this point?

Cons

Lots of clerical issues on their back end. When I was hired in February of 2021 the company had just obtained two 757 amazon prime flights handling packages and had absolutely no idea what they were doing. New employees weren't being paid properly, myself included, and we had to hunt down our HR rep multiple times to plead our case to get rightfully paid for the hours we put in. We were largely understaffed which lead to hiring managers cutting corners, employees starting work without proper training, badges, and certifications. Our schedules are constantly being reset which is annoying after getting so used to your days. Extremely poor communication nobody seems to know what the hell is going on half the time and they make requesting time off or scheduling a shift switch a hassle. Supervisors micro-manage and show a lot of favoritism as well.
