Pros

Friendly and knowledgeable co-workers. Nice office, provides coffee and snacks. provides new pc's and multiple monitors. Get every bank holiday off with pay.

Cons

No training, was required to create training materials. The software they use is a joke. It doesn't work half the time, has enough bugs to keep Orkin busy for a lifetime. They are losing $20000 a month so they move to a downtown highrise. Its all about EGO at this place...they fire people for no reason, although I expect it was to cut costs......stay away....

Smaller company which created opportunity to be utilized in a larger capacity.

Cons

Sometimes hours were longer than anticipated but it wasn't often. The team all bought into the vision of the company so we were all there because we wanted to be there.
