Great family orientated place to work. Everyone cared for each other and each day provided a new opportunity to try new products and ideas - for a very satisfying end result. Our clients loved the service we offered and management was more than reasonable and charitable to each employee, no matter what their status in the company was.

Good benefits including 401k and health insurance.

Not equal treatment of employees. The hardest working employees that do their jobs and do not complain are looked over. The others are micro managed. Very stressful atmosphere to work in. The majority of the employees hate their job and hate coming to work. There is NO equal opportunity for employees except those that are family and friends of the owner and the owners wife. This is by far the most poorly organized company I have ever worked for. We received new Organization charts on a regular basis where one person did one thing wrong and was put in a new position. Management changes were made constantly.
