Pros

I have been working for Worthland Capital and Ethan Kap for over a year now. The company culture is great and provides employee's with a supportive environment. As a growing organization, they're constantly working on ways to improve the opportunities for it's employees and find the best ways to succeed. Worthland invests a lot on their training and development team, which helps with personal and professional growth. The management is very good about listening and taking your interests into consideration when assigning projects and setting long-term career goals. The environment and culture is fun, relaxing, and very energetic. Everyone works hard and are self-motivated. It's nice to work with intelligent, ambitious, motivated, and fun people.

Cons

Currently no medical benefits available.

Pros

This is a great company to work for. They truly care about they're employees and there are a lot of opportunities for advancement. People who say that they promise you the dream and it's impossible to achieve are the lazy ones, or they are just not a good fit for the job. Anyone who is willing to work hard and put in the time and effort will reap the rewards.

Cons

it might take a little bit before you make a lot of money

Pros

Good coworkers looking for an opportunity. Good concept.

Cons

They are looking to get anyone who will work for 3-6 months bringing in business (full commission very very long payout) promising six figures, and when you don't make an money and quit, replace the fall out with another sucker. It's going to take you 6 months to make $10,000 if you are lucky and very very good. So, if you have about two years to get to $40,000 It might be worth your time. These guys are Looking to start a glorified call center.
