Generally speaking, the team at Woven is very friendly and upbeat, they try really hard to make people feel welcome and an integral part of the team.
Cons
Things move fast, maybe too fast sometimes. Though this isn't always the case, from time to time a new goal gets shoehorned into the monthly planning and ends up causing a "burning fire" or "doomsday urgency" feeling across the whole team, which quickly accelerates the feeling of being burned out
