No complaints at all during the whole time of internship

It's a (very slightly above) minimum wage job.

This company, especially HR, are exceedingly corrupt and shortsighted. You'll see many reviews for We Are Woven talking about "culture" when there is no such thing. You have management that put IT under pressure to launch half-baked systems, you have "Team Leaders" who have absolutely no idea how to lead, the software is terrible (tPoint, their in-house solution, needs to be chucked in the bin), they'll promise you bonuses and pay rises and never deliver.
