Do NOT work here - Sales Associate Wow Cargo Trailers Employee Review

Here is the thing, I watch everyone and everything. The bosses from the lowest to the owner aren't what these reviews say. I told the hiring manager that I wouldn't work for micromanaging jerks. And if they where that then I'm not interested. I LOVE THESE PEOPLE. Everyone is laughing, and working there butts off You need to have a good sense of humor tho. AAANNNDDD there's a Keurig, fridge and microwave. And the best line so far that I've heard "it's ok to mess up, because if you made a mistake that means you are making sales. Mistakes can be corrected and the best part of mistakes is you learn from them and grow". They know there's going to be ruffles to iron out, if you don't give up and try to knuckle down then the training period isn't bad at all. I won't work for tyrants, and because of these folks I want to make this my career ☺️☺️

If your not self motivated, competitive, and ready to work then don't come here. These people are sharp, and watch everything. Don't just goof off and NOT work 🤷🤷
