Pros

A great team that always delivers. Salary on time. Management is always available. Flexible on working hours. The company policies allow 100% remote work. 20 days vacation per year. Paid sick leaves. A great creative and supporting team that cares for each other. Great relations with customers who become personal friends too.

Cons

If you work on one project as CSR, it may be difficult to move to a different project in less than one year. WOW24-7's clients don't like changing Customer Support Representatives often. Yet, the management somehow finds a way. Overall, I am fully satisfied.
