      nice office, nice immediate colleagues

      Cons

      Desperately underpaying people, with no view to increase. Everyone openly says how bad it is to work there. Benefits chop and change. Miss-sold the job in interview.

      The workload can be demanding and the pace doesn't always let up, which can take some getting used to.
