Pros
- Lot of learning opportunity - Positive and supportive work environment - Growing mentality. People are willing to learn and share their knowledge. - Hybrid working arrangement (1 WFO 4 WFH for certain positions) - Employee activities, such as annual employee family gathering, company-sponsored badminton session, team building activities, etc.
Cons
- Limited parking for employees - Room for improvement for perks, e.g. private health insurance, bonuses, etc. But so far everything is sufficient. They provide other things such as eyeglass reimbursement beyond all mandatory employee remuneration.
