Our standard contract terms are designed to protect both the company and its contractors, with the relevant clauses legally reviewed to ensure compliance with applicable Dutch law and alignment with common practices within the jurisdiction. We recognise that for some contractors, particularly those entering their first interim role, the terms of a contract can seem unfamiliar or different from expectations. Given this, we made every effort to answer any questions and address concerns to ensure all parties felt informed and comfortable with the terms of the agreement.
