Pros
I was drawn to the Wright Foundation because of the organization’s belief that everyone has gifts and talents to develop. We find those gifts through a curriculum that emphasizes trying new things to draw out hidden capabilities. It’s the same kind of environment for me as a staff member. I have been challenged to learn new skills and develop talents I did not know I had in fundraising and development. I am also a coach and am working on my certification. I have found I get to follow my dream thoroughly. The benefits of working at a coaching and personal growth company such as Wright, is that I get to pursue my own growth as I support learning and growing with others. I like the model of mutuality in coaching and leadership development. The quality training I receive here at Wright in both coaching, event support, and the standards of customer service are high and have benefited me greatly.
Cons
It’s a demanding environment with professional and customer results to show for it. Projects move fast, hours may vary depending upon the trainings scheduled.
