Don't work here - TOO MANY HATS Wright Foundation Employee Review

Pros

You'll grow a lot. You'll feel like you're on a high of adrenaline. You will leave with a diverse skill set.

Cons

"Fast-paced work environment" actually means highly demanding, all-encompassing job. Whatever "role" you apply for will ultimately be expanded into 5 or 6 jobs. They will expect you to enroll in personal work at their organization in addition to your job. They will also expect you to enroll your friends and family in their programs. You will easily spend half your weekends and most weeknights here. They praise people who are willing to work even when they are sick and also repeatedly say that sleep is overrated. Bosses are bullies and pretend that it's in service of your growth.

Pros

This career opportunity really helped me stretch and problem solve in a way I never thought possible. I appreciate the experience I had working here as I gained valuable skills in SEI, how to work with other people more successfully, and how to value personal responsibility.

Cons

If you desire a true 9-5, this is not the place for you.

Pros

Nothing here was worth mentioning as positive.

Cons

Supposedly a regular job but push you to engage in their program, and then expect unpaid overtime they call volunteer work.
