The first couple years were decent!

The last two years were absolutely horrible. Management has huge favouritism towards certain people they were fond of. Actively seemed out retaliatory and aggressive behavior towards people they didn't like. Refusal of raises and career advancement. Repairs were not taken seriously. Nepotism in the negative way. Management was disorganized. There is absolutely zero room for advancement here as of late. Suffered multiple layoffs from corporate entire crew wide broken up so people could not effectively apply for either. Management needed to be reminded constantly about issues and they still would not be handled. Higher upper management constantly lied about significant issues. This place used to care about employees. It's now the complete opposite
