I'm aware that shelters are under strict budgets, but the pay is just not representative of the work being done. It is a physically intensive, on your feet for hours type job. For the most part, employees who come to Wright Way want to do their best by the animals & work their hardest on the floor, so they should be compensated as such.

Working with animals is the only positive thing to say about working here.

Adopts out sick puppies or puppies that are too young to be adopted out.
