Pros

Good benefits, competitive salary. The product is really interesting and you can clearly see the impact it has on customers.

Cons

1. You need to give 150% to be successful here - and I mean this literally. If you don't meet your goals or if your manager dislikes you, you don't have a future here. While everyone is happy to work harder this isn't sustainable. Delivery might be the top 1 priority but Wrike seems to forget that people make that happen. 2. Ironically, the software is intended for collaboration but many Wrike employees are not very good at collaborating, maybe because everyone is overwhelmed with what they have to deal with. 3. Micromanagement - they are proud to hire the smartest people but then they tell them what to do and how to do it. This is frustrating.

Thank you for your feedback. Wrike has quickly become a go-to software for fortune 500 companies, and we attribute that success not only to our ever evolving product, but also our world-class team. Getting there has required a lot of hard work and tight deadlines, from Wrikers who are doing the best work of their lives, and there is still opportunity ahead of us that calls for even harder work and greater focus. This is why we encourage our team members to take advantage of our unlimited time off, so they can unplug and recharge. Our people are our greatest asset and we will continue to do our best to make that known through recognition and appreciation programs, like the monthly snack boxes shipped to all team members and department mental health days. While Execution is one of our core company values and always a top priority, Collaboration is also a core value and makes up the heart of our product. We believe that every person at Wrike can accomplish great things through collaboration. If you feel you are not getting enough from this opportunity, I invite you to speak with your leader, department head, or HR to find more collaborative projects to work on. You may be able to get involved in projects for your department, or collaborate with Wrikers in other ways, like joining the Culture Committee or starting a Wrike Employee Resource Community. We also encourage you to share feedback openly with your manager if you’d like to be led or motivated differently. We regularly run 360 evaluations on all of our leaders, which allows team members a forum to provide direct and anonymous feedback to managers, who are then held accountable for implementing an action plan based on said feedback. If you wish to further discuss your concerns or provide suggestions on improving the employee experience, feel free to reach out to us at hr-us@team.wrike.com.

Pros

Supportive Management: Leadership is approachable, transparent, and genuinely invested in employee growth and success. Regular feedback and open communication foster a positive work environment. Collaborative Team: The team culture is highly collaborative, with colleagues who are both talented and willing to help. There’s a strong sense of camaraderie and shared purpose. Positive Workplace Culture: Wrike promotes a culture of inclusivity, innovation, and continuous improvement. Employee well-being and engagement are clearly prioritized. Industry-Leading Product: The product itself is robust, flexible, and consistently evolving to meet customer needs. It’s rewarding to represent a solution that delivers real value to clients.

Cons

Structured Oversight: At times, there is a high level of oversight and process adherence, which can limit autonomy in decision-making. While this ensures consistency, it may occasionally slow down innovation or responsiveness. Limited Training on Procurement Processes: There is a noticeable gap in training related to the procurement process, which can create challenges during customer renewals. Enhanced resources and clearer guidance in this area would help streamline operations and improve the overall customer experience.

We’re very happy to hear your positive experience with supportive leadership, collaborative teams, our culture, and the product itself. We also appreciate your input on the level of oversight and the need for more training around procurement. Insights like these are valuable as we look at how to balance structure with autonomy and where to deepen enablement for our customer-facing teams. We’re glad you’re here and contributing to our customer success organization. If you have further feedback, please feel free to contact your manager or HR. Thank you, Mackenzie, HRBP
