Pros
The opportunity to use the tool that you are selling is great and because the whole company is on Wrike, email is hardly used except for when communicating outside of Wrike. CSO org is great
Cons
Don't join the marketing team here. People stay for about a year and then leave, it is a constant revolving door. They can't hire fast enough, so everyone is over-worked, constant fire drills, last-minute planning, last minute requests, and decisions that take forever and delay your projects. They will burn you out, stress you out and then tell you "it's the job". The Marketing Operations team is primarily in EMEA and will delay your projects. They don't know how to measure lead scoring, MQLs or even regular email campaigns. It's great that they use Wrike instead of email, but no one updates statuses or tags you correctly, then they get mad when you don't reply. Wrike can't even use their own tool correctly. The "CEO" is terrible. His "motivational" speeches are telling the whole company that we are at war... Keep in mind this company has a huge office in Russia.... and then 2 months later Russia invades Ukraine... No sentiments or statements on how we support Ukraine, radio silence... No opportunities for growth, 2% raises
