      People are great to interact with, the work is new and changing every day. The environment is very friendly and welcoming. Overall, great to work for.

      Cons

      Some general systems and practices could be considered out of date. However, the current system development undergoing within the company should improve this.

      The type of work is good

      Cons

      New management come in with great ideas but only one persons ideas count. HR always Touting awards on social media for best managed company but can’t stop the mass exodus with poor internal moral . Wages are poor , don’t Match similar industries so people leave . Lack of training . Lack of trade recognition.
