Pros
[1] Happy to have learnt from the diverse set of experiences which have happened; throughout the duration of Probation period. [2] The exposure to several departments, has truly helped in obtaining knowledge and the current best practices in place. This also helped in dealing with various personalities and get better in people management. [3] Getting acquainted with the dynamics of Corporate life and the role of Adaptability and being resilient, in various scenarios; has truly helped.
Cons
[1] There were quite a few occasions; wherein things could have happened with more proper planning. (Not generalizing this for all the scenarios, but just to ensure that the anticipated outcomes are attained; as a result of the activities conducted] [2] If there could be a more streamlined follow-up protocol mechanism, that would be helpful in reducing the overall duration and not cause delay beyond the ideal TAT.
