Pros

I've been working through the platform for about six years, full-time for the past few. It's well worth the fee to have the great convenience of having a bustling agency bringing an abundance of good clients to me. The system makes it easy for writers to work remotely with the agency's clients in placing and receiving orders, communicating instructions, transmitting content submissions, handling revisions, managing deadline dates, processing payment transactions, bookkeeping, etc. There is a full-scope help desk, extensive training opportunities, and other support for writers. They have a truly amazing team of consistently very friendly, helpful, reliable, and highly-effective client services professionals, an exceptionally powerful, practical, intuitive, state-of-the-art software platform, and an extraordinarily skilled and responsive in-house tech team. Working through this platform with its excellent team has provided a great opportunity for me to earn at home doing work I enjoy with a dependable group of welcoming, sharp problem solvers. The enormous success of the company proves the management's leadership value and business development and growth skills and talent. I don't see what more I should expect from the experience of writing for clients on an online platform of this kind.

Cons

Nothing much to complain about.

Pros

I've been with WriterAccess since 2013. Some years, I've done a lot of work for them, some years I didn't pick up any jobs from them at all because I was doing other things. But I'll say this: They've been there for me, through thick and thin, when I needed work. As of this writing, I've delivered almost 2 million words for them. The staff is super easy to work with. You're dealing with real people, not nameless cogs like with other content providers. They've been patient with me through illnesses, ADHD, etc... Sometimes I've been a PITA to work with. And they were still with me. When I was having an issue once, the owner even spent an hour on the phone with me, making me feel heard.

Cons

The only con is that the amount of work they have available can vary. Before AI, there were a lot of opportunities, but we all know how AI has affected writers.
