I had a great experience working here. The founder, Ms Carean Oh, is professional, supportive, and genuinely cares for both the staff and students. The working environment is positive and well-organized, with clear communication and a real focus on helping students succeed.
Yes, there were numerous tense moments...when we all dived in for the PSLE batches with all hands on deck. Sleepless nights when we have to dole out the revised and improvised materials. Here, and everywhere else, Work Never Stops!
However, when we look at their PSLE & GCE O students' sterling results - we're so proud of them. Love them to pieces!!! Worth every blood, sweat and tear.
But it's s a place where you feel valued and motivated to do your best.
I recently had requests from some mothers who needed help with their sons' maths & other weaker subjects while they attended English classes here as well. Ms Carean offered them free use of her classrooms for my diagnostics with the students and did not charge any fee. Also, she ran many online classes last year for the PSLE students free of charge. Talk about going the extra mile for students !
Ww have to walk a mile in her shoes to appreciate things better.
Nevertheless, give & take a little, still highly recommended to try WS.!

Work quite demanding at times when it's so customer-focused. Free lancers are on per diem basis with no benefits or rate reviews.
