      Pros

      The company has nice and fair structures that ensure that you are paid on time and fairly. I also love the fact that I can pick and chose what I want to work on and in some cases bid on how much I'll earn.

      Cons

      The clients are mainly students so at time you have to bid somewhat low.

      - Flexible hours, can work at your own pace - Lots of interesting topics to choose from - Good if you're not particularly social

      Cons

      - Pay can be a bit on the low side - Customers can sometimes demand multiple revisions at no extra reimbursement
