Pros
WuXi is a true industry leader, so you get the backing of a massive platform. It looks great on your resume and you get to work on top-tier projects. Also, the pay is very competitive for the industry—if you work hard and perform well, you definitely get rewarded.
Cons
Classic "big company" disease. The internal processes are super lengthy and bureaucratic. You have to jump through a lot of hoops and get multiple layers of approval just to get simple things done. Cross-team collaboration can be really slow.
