- Extremely incompetent yet arrogant boss, completely fails to communicate instructions and ideas clearly, and blames employees for not understanding him by using derogatory and borderline abusive language. - Talks down to employees constantly in a smug, arrogant manner. - Blatantly lies to employees about the state of the company. (Fabricates completely false reasons as to why people are leaving, etc.) - Zero respect for work-life balance, forcing people to overtime almost daily for projects that are not even due urgently. Making employees work from home even though they are on MC. Texting employees outside of working hours about the most minuscule matters that are not even due urgently. - Complete lack of proper workflow process and structure, a lot of time wastage on double work. Makes designers propose up to 6 - 8 different designs (at an extremely high level of finishing) when the client brief only asks for 3, only to go back right to the very first version. - Outdated and inconsistent software among computers - The office is filthy enough to increase sickness rates among employees - Constant making of employees to do things outside of their job scope (graphic designers doing digital strategy, etc), and getting upset when they do not perform up to unjustified expectations - Boss cannot control his temper and raises voice/uses vulgarities on employees when minor things don't go exactly to his liking - Mainstay employees are standoffish and refuse to socialise beyond their pre-existing clique, excluding newcomers. - Extremely high turnover rate - Zero job benefits whatsoever - Boss is extremely and visibly biased to certain employees.
