Pros
Some colleagues were lovely to work with and hang out with. Most people there are genuinely decent and it is possible to develop friendships.
Cons
The company lacks any semblance of a leader. There is finite "vision" for the team and the only growth that mattered to the higher management is business growth. Juniors to mid level creatives are work churners and have little to learn from. A couple of seniors are great people/ try to teach, but they're so overloaded with work that there is not time to nurture the juniors. Then again, nurturing talent/ creativity/ trust has never been the company's focus. The same can be said about juniors from other departments. If their team is small or if they lack a good team leader then they grasp to survive. If they stay, they do a poor job and it affects the rest of the department. Also there was a lack of appraisal system for a few years. It was incredibly confusing and demoralising. Within the creative team, the top (roles) is heavy, the juniors are scarce and easily replaceable. Traffic is (still) a mess hence project allocation isn't optimally distributed. Expect the same few overworked people.
