Laid back, casual atmosphere, lots of down time.

Not a huge influx of new clientele. Menu seldom changes. Fading popularity. Some socio-political conflicts.

Good beer selection. You get one free sausage per shift.

I consider this job the worst I've ever had. Horribly boring and repetitive, very low pay, and the workers are treated like 8th graders. If you get 'caught' on your phone, you are required to come in on your day off and do a 2 hour cleaning project. The only way they justify this legally is by paying you minimum wage for the 2 hours. Meanwhile the managers are skipping around on their phones drinking on the job. It is a bizarrely corporate-feeling restaurant for a local chain. The rules and regulations. The tone deaf training. I would never work here again.
