Pros
If you are thinking of applying make sure your position is salaried. Salaried people are treated WAY nicer than hourly employees. If you can land a salaried spot it's not so bad. They have quarterly bonuses that are nice, but they vary wildly in amount and are not handed out reliably. The facility itself isn't bad, but due to poor planning everyone is kind of crammed together in their respective areas.
Cons
Low pay--terrible raises. Low morale---management likes to pretend everyone loves working there. High turnover--the talented people realize there is no advancement and poor raises and leave. Zero advancement--at best a lateral move without significant pay increase. Upper management pays no attention to day to day operations, they are indifferent to complaints. They give the impression employees are easily replaced and unimportant.
