Pros
There was true role clarity in my positions at Wyeth, but there were also many opportunities to join special projects, grow skills and network. Their training programs were fantastic and there was a pleasant work atmosphere. Summer hours were a terrific bonus.
Cons
Inconsistent ability to get things done. In some departments, sign-off could be obtained quickly and process implemented successfully. In other areas, there was a lot of bureaucracy and political maneuvering.
