Pros

Coworkers were amazing, we had a lot of fun and genuinely enjoyed talking with people. It was great to help visitors have an amazing vacation in a town I love.

Cons

Marketers from larger locations would come in to help "boost" our sign-ups by encouraging we lie directly to the owner/guest. Each had their own trick and "new thing" that wasn't really new, if not completely fake. My team valued honesty, and did not want to stoop below our morals. Also, once we were all meeting goals for owner/non-owner sign ups, they bumped up the percentages needed to stay employed. Which resulted in half the team getting fired, and the other half quit since it wasn't going to be the same.

Pros

Good commission %, if you sell you can make a good living

Cons

Females beware. At the Kona Hawaii office there is long standing sexual harassment that has been unchecked and allowed to continue from one or two of the high earning sales reps, one of them was even a manager. The leaders know about it and do nothing and continue to protect the rep. If word gets out that someone talked to HR that person will be black listed, may not be given support or even worse - purposely hurt their sales, and others are told they can't be trusted. The top of the top knows and is complicit in these matters. You will have to document everything and go to outside legal counsel on these matters.
