Pros

NADA - Absolutely nothing. A plethora of dumbos to choose from. Ran by fopdoodles

Cons

The toxic culture has belittled me and I have seen some employees play the dirtiest of office politics there is. I have even seen my team members get their peer fired with such politics. Wysa is a such a demotivating environment that once you join, you only start sinking below rock bottom. And after working for 2 years, you see the real picture of your team members that they really don't care about you. They just want to make sure to lick the boots of the senior management and show them that they are the only ones working on the team and without them the entire team of 5 people will just fail. There is no recognition here. A donkey will get a better appreciation for being a donkey but nothing here. If you expect employees will feel motivated with your "mental health days" and "global team", you need to get your brain checked. The only team which is still doing something meaningful and impressive hardwork is the Therapist Team. They are the only bone left in Wysa's skeleton and they deserve all the appreciation and love.

Pros

Wysa is very client focused and it makes me feel good as a coach to be part of a company that really helps people. The work culture is very diverse, collaborative and fun. Great place to work.

Cons

Nothing I have seen so far. Overall, one of the best places I have worked.

Pros

The mission is worthy and the intent of what they are doing is good, how they execute it is the real question.

Cons

I will keep this short. I've never experienced anything like Wysa before, and that's a good thing. This organization is filled with nepotism, horrible politics, overinflated egos, and a dysfunctional and psychologically toxic CEO. I am curious to know who would give this company five stars other than a handful of people who have been elevated and receive beneficial treatment over the rest of the staff. This company does not foster a culture of honesty, openness, or respect. This is a place where you can expect your to be belittled, have any ideas ignored, and never receive an ounce of feedback good or bad.
