Pros

- Fantastic training from day 1. Training is constant and varied. Sales, technical, commercial, group training, individual. - Lovely people and a great social setup. Lots of social gatherings, events, parties, etc. Definitely have an ethos of "work hard, play hard." - Broad product range - Strong brand - Good kit for sales. iPads with custom-made sales/CRM tool. Well-thought-out demonstration kits and marketing info/goodies. - Excellent middle management!

Cons

- Very large sales force which means the structure is a very wide-based pyramid, opportunities can be scarce or a long time coming. - There is a hard focus on results from the top level, but seem to neglect the natural lag involved in technical sales or outside/market influence at times. - Following on from above, pressure tends to come in waves based on the current sales performance of the company. At times of high pressure, expectations are sometimes not realistic of what is possible in a working day/week. Those who are honest look bad on paper or work very long hours to try and meet expectations, those who are willing to bend the truth can be viewed in a better light with less effort. - Due to the size of the business, you can feel insignificant at times or just another number/row in a spreadsheet - The UK team is made to wear a suit and tie all year round. Looks smart! But not pleasant in the summer. - Rate of pay seems to be slightly behind competition
