Such ambiguity reflects poorly on the organization’s credibility and employee focus. The concerns extend further to the top management. Interactions with employees often lack clarity and professionalism, and there seems to be minimal understanding of how to manage teams or foster a productive work environment. While employees are expected to meet strict timelines, management consistently delays key processes, reflecting a clear disconnect between expectations and execution. Overall, the organization demonstrates significant gaps in policy management, communication, and leadership standards. It falls short of basic professional expectations and creates an unnecessarily challenging environment for employees.
