      Great company in growth mode. Good to be in a solar development platform with the back-up of a huge infrastructure fund, with international opportunities and a great team

      Sometimes workload can be high, depending on deadlines.

      Pay was good. My colleagues were nice people.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged from Spain. US staff are just hand puppets with little power to do their job. Safety culture is mouthed but not enforced.
