Pay was good. My colleagues were nice people.
Cons
You will be micromanaged from Spain. US staff are just hand puppets with little power to do their job. Safety culture is mouthed but not enforced.

Benefits are pretty good for a small company

The entire company, (from Spain to the United States) lack integrity, honesty, and knowledge of safety in all aspects. The bottom line is not about keeping the equipment maintained on the sites, it's about the "all mighty dollar" and not being in compliance with OSHA & NFPA regulations. The company wants to continue in the United States yet continue to not follow safety regulations. Do not recommend anyone to work for or with this company. Contractors need to be aware to stay far away!!
