Pros
Innovative and exciting technology. Fast passed environment with many challenging aspects. Interaction with all departments and all players help to broaden knowledge of the business and technology.
Cons
Long hours and less than competitive pay. Since acquisition by Danaher, there is more focus on DBS (Danaher Business System) than there once was on the actual technology and the innovation that it takes to make it work successfully. Critical communication between departments has also suffered at the hands of DBS.
